Auld Lang Syne

Auld Lang Syne
Robert Burns

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
and never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and days of auld lang syne?

For auld lang syne, my dear,
For auld lang syne,
We'll take a cup o' kindness yet
For auld lang syne

We twa hae run aboot the braes
And pou'd the gowans fine;
we've wander'd mony a weary foot
Sin' auld lang syne

We two hae paidled i' the burn,
Frae mornin' sun till dine;
But seas between us braid hae roar'd
Sin' auld lang syne

And here's a hand, my trusty friend,
And gie's a hand o' thine;
We'll take a cup o' kindness yet
For auld lang syne

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
and never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot
and days of auld lang syne?

For auld lang syne, my dear,
For auld lang syne,
We'll take a cup o' kindness yet
For auld lang syne

Holiday Safety Tips

As 2010 wraps up, we are reminded of how Thankful we are for being part of the Savannah Business community and able to protect our clients, their assets and the people of Savannah.  We held a Holiday Cocktail Reception on December 9 at The First City Club in Savannah for our clients (View Photos here). The event was a great way to kick off the holiday season and to say Thank you to our clients for their endearing support throughout 2010.  An incredible time, we definitely did not loose site of holiday partying and the dangers that holiday party can sometime bring.

Celebrating with family and friends can be enjoyable and dangerous. Just a few holiday safety tips to keep you and your family cheering in a safe environment.

1. Assign a designated driver when going out to your holiday party. Have fun, but be safe.
2. Work with local cab companies to see if they are supporting your designated party area, chances are, they are  servicing the area.
3. Eat before you start drinking. Be responsible. Limit the number of drinks you consume.
4. Drink with friends and family. Be careful and watch your drink at all times. Never leave your drink unattended.
5. Never get behind the wheel after consuming a large amount of alcohol. Party with family and friends.

Remember, we want you to have fun, but be responsible about the type of fun you want to have.  Saber wants everyone to get home safely.

Stay Safe!
